LUANNE TYRRELL

LUANNE TYRRELL

As a Colorado native, I am inspired by the state’s natural brilliant beauty. It makes me feel connected to the earth and nature. Over the years my work has been licensed and published regionally and state-wide as well as I have been commissioned in both the public and private sectors.

Photography, digital art and mixed-media are among my favorite ways to showcase our colorful world. As an artist, I enjoy the creative process. It gives me a wonderful way to express myself.

Our Colorado skies have always been inspiring to me. The white puffy clouds against the stellar blue skies, and glorious sunrises and sunsets become my canvas; after I photograph the sky I then insert elements of Nature into the images such as flowers, and animals. All of this creates the uniqueness of Cloudscapes!

For the love of horses, horses inspire, their gracefulness, stature, insight-fullness have captivated mankind since the dawn of time. The horse is a particular interest of mine and my intention is to always capture their essence in a most creative and unique way.
My clients and installations have included: Applebee’s Restaurant, State of Colorado, Colorado Tourism Office, Colorado Office of Film and Video, History Colorado, Ute Indian Museum, Montrose, Colorado, Timberline Bank, Montrose, Colorado Volunteers of America, Musician David Starr, Montrose County, Colorado, City of Montrose, Colorado Resort Group, Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Network of Grateful Living.

It is my pleasure to share this art with you. Thank you for supporting a native Colorado artisan.
